Countrywide Home Loans and PreviewProperties.com have partnered to launch Propertymortgage.com, a Web site service for home buyers in southern Michigan.
Propertymortgage.com, an operating division of Countrywide Mortgage Ventures, will offer qualified home buyers zero downpayment loans and a variety of fixed- and adjustable-rate options with flexibility on rate and terms.
The Web site also will offer "Fast & Simple," a special program that enables qualified borrowers to access a streamlined loan application, as well as extended rate locks.
Calabasas, Calif.-based Countrywide Home Loans Inc. originates, purchases, securitizes, sells and services primarily prime-quality loans. Countrywide Mortgage Ventures was founded in 2001 to facilitate joint ventures between Countrywide Home Loans and various home builders, real estate companies and financial services companies.
